Renovia Sober Living is $800 a month. A one-time application fee of $250 and a security deposit of $400 apply at move-in. Assigned parking is available for $50 a month, with a limited number of spaces. Rent covers a fully furnished apartment with utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, so the monthly cost is straightforward from day one.
