Full sobriety. Every resident. Every day.
Alcohol, marijuana and other substances are not allowed, regardless of local law. One consistent standard protects everyone’s recovery.
Residents must be active in a legitimate recovery program. Renovia Behavioral Health is one option, but not the only one.

Your first day
Arrive with personal essentials. Your furnished room, utilities and Wi-Fi are already in place.
Daily rhythm
Stay active in recovery, care for your shared home and build consistent work, school, treatment and life routines.
Ongoing support
A house manager lives in each building. Expectations are clear and progress is treated with respect.
“The goal is for people to feel that choosing recovery is a good choice, not a punishment.”
Todd · Founder, Renovia Behavioral Health
Clear rules. No surprises.
Expectations are set up front so nothing catches you off guard, and accountability is handled in a way that protects the community without treating people like a number.
Full sobriety, always
One clear standard, including marijuana, regardless of local law. It applies equally to every resident, so nothing is a judgment call.
Active in a recovery program
Any legitimate program counts, verified through a signed release of information. Renovia Behavioral Health is one option, not the only one.
Accountability without punishment
Agreements are signed up front and warnings come before consequences. Major violations, like using in the home, lead to an immediate exit, because everyone’s safety comes first.
